Dolores Smith Has A Background In Health Promotion And Completed Diverse Courses Specifically For Professionals In The Olive Oil Sector, And Visited Many Producers. She Has Attended Symposia Through The American Oil Chemists Association And European Lipids Association, As Well As Numerous Trade Shows Profiling Olive Oil From All Producing Countries In The Old And New World Over Her 10 Years Spent In The Olive Oil Sector. She Has Authored A Variety Of Magazine Articles And Has Been The ‘reference’ Distributor Contacted To Provide Background Information For A Number Of Articles Appearing In Quench (previously Tidings), A National Food And Wine Magazine.
